Ms. Decker has worked closely with Risk Cooperative since its inception. She worked alongside the founding leadership team to create Risk Cooperative’s visual identity and strategic branding that have been instrumental in positioning the organization as industry experts and innovators. She brings more than 15 years marketing and business development experience and has developed and launched marketing campaigns across industries. These initiatives have included brand positioning, graphic design, video and photo editing, illustration and animation, copywriting, and digital marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining Risk Cooperative, Ms. Decker owned and operated JND Creative, an independent design and strategy firm. Additionally, she has more than 20 years of experience in the meetings and events industry managing logistics and projects that bring people together.
Ms. Decker has been an active social advocate in Washington D.C.’s Capitol Hill North neighborhood, working to support schools and grassroots organizations. In 2016, she co-founded GrantEd Foundation to provide monthly micro-grants to Washington D.C. teachers. She guided the brand development and messaging for the non-profit and its largest fundraising event, the Taste of H, providing strategy, marketing, and design expertise.
Ms. Decker is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.
