Mr. Franzetti provides the leadership team with overall strategy execution and business operations. He works closely with industry partners, and leaders to ensure that Risk Cooperative remains at the cutting edge of the risk and insurance industry. Additionally, as a multi-lingual, dual-licensed insurance broker and Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Mr. Franzetti specializes in helping multi-national organizations address complex risks to increase their overall resiliency and mitigate downside exposures. Considered an industry leader in program development and innovation, he has worked closely with such organizations like the United Nations, Volvo and other Fortune 500 firms as well as leading academic institutions in managing and mitigating enterprise risks.

Mr. Franzetti hails from Argentina, and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian. As CEO and Co-founder, he leverages his international background and experiences toward creating a work environment that celebrates diversity. Mr. Franzetti was a Washington Business Journal Business of Pride Honoree in 2020 for his work on behalf of the LGBTQ community.
Mr. Franzetti has experience across the full risk spectrum and works with organizations to proactively address a myriad of risks, ranging from the de-risking of capital flows and overseas investments, to helping organizations build robust enterprise risk management and mitigation frameworks. Mr. Franzetti has extensive expertise in program development, including the design and launch of a cyber warranty program for leading cyber-security firms and Microsoft partners. He is a recognized thought leader in the risk and cybersecurity domain, frequent speaker and published author on all matters of risk management. He also serves as an adjunct fellow for the American Security Project, a think-tank started by former secretaries John Kerry and Chuck Hagel. In 2021, Mr. Franzetti was named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council.
Mr. Franzetti has spent more than 10 years in the financial services and advisory space. He holds a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder in journalism, advertising and marketing.
